We will be creating a poster composed of collective images which will be used publicly in two main ways: (i) being displayed from October 9 till October 14 on the external facade of the 25 Hours Hotel in Zurich and (ii) being stamped on bags which will be distributed as a gift to a selected number of participants to our Estée Lauder Breast Cancer Campaign 2025 (for a maximum number of 150 bags) in Switzerland, Germany and Austria to amplify the message of the Estée Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Campaign 2025. If you decide to grant us the use of your picture as part of the collective images forming the poster and the bags, we will not be able to remove your picture once the poster has been printed for display on the building and the bags distributed and your consent cannot be retrieved afterwards. Do you agree to use your picture as part of the poster for the BCC Campaign 2025 and as part of the bags? If yes, please provide your consent to the use of your image as indicated below.

I hereby grant to Estee Lauder GmbH, Puls 5, Hardturmstrasse 11 Zürich, Switzerland 8005 (“ELC”), and its affiliated companies, successors, assigns, principals, representatives and those acting pursuant to its permission or upon its authority, the right in perpetuity and throughout the world to use, to publish, or to distribute any photographs or videos that I provide to ELC (“Visuals”) in connection with the Estée Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Campaign 2025, for any and all purposes, including but not limited to, showcasing the Visuals in a large-scale public artwork displayed in Zurich in October, as well as in promotional materials (including bags), public digital platforms and internal communications. I warrant and represent that I am either the photographer or videographer of the Visuals or that I have permission from the photographer or videographer of the Visuals to provide these to ELC for the purposes described above.
